In March 2007 I was looking for a unique present for my new niece.  Unable to find anything, and having seen a few pictures of sock monkeys, I decided I would try and make her one.  The reaction from everyone who saw the monkey was “You should sell those” so after months of experimentation, product safety testing  and planning, here I am! 

Each sock monkey is hand-crafted by me from a single pair of socks.  I may use the same style of sock more than once but your monkey will be unique as all faces are hand embroidered, guaranteeing that no two monkeys are the same. 

I get a lot of enjoyment from making the sock monkeys, knowing that they will go to homes where they will be loved as much as my children love theirs.
